Montereau L.MC Wall candlestick with three light arms Wall part made of a large earthenware plaque, depicting Venus, riding two dolphins and holding a trident. She stands in an architectural niche. The frame is decorated with dolphins whose open mouths project a leafy branch. Plate stamped on reverse: "Montereau L.MC". Brass frame adorned with Renaissance motifs and topped with a female face, between two scrolled foliage scrolls. In the lower part, three fixed light arms, with flower corolla-shaped sockets and large square binnacles. A suspension system on the reverse. 19th century Dimensions: 45 x 23 cm Traces of cleaning product and small traces of verdigris
