ALLEGORICAL CLOCK Chased and gilded bronze, the white enamelled circular dial signed LENOIR A PARIS with Roman numerals for the hours and Arabic for the minutes, is set in a pilaster surmounted by a world map and a sundial, flanked by a child astronomer writing, the rectangular base with meander and shell frieze, resting on four toupie feet. Louis XV style. Napoleon III period. 30 x 29 x 12 cm. Accents on the dial.
