ANIMAL CANE The pommel in carved ivory representing a greyhound head, the open mouth pulling the tongue, the eyes in sulfur, the shaft in Macassar, and the ferule in metal. Work of Dieppe, half of the XIXth century. The pommel. 5 x 12 cm, total length. 90 cm. Ivory specimen of Elephantidae spp, prior to January 1, 1947 and in conformity with the EC Regulation 338/97 of 09/12/1996 art. 2-W. For an exit of the EU a CITES of re-export will be necessary, this one being with the load of the future purchaser.
