Set of three volumes in-4, bound in red morocco by Alexandre Segouin, spines decorated with nerves, titles and volumes gilt, boards decorated with a large frame enclosing a cartouche. Gilt edges.
The first two volumes are decorated with numerous chromolithograph plates drawn or inspired by medieval illuminated manuscripts.
Binding. Damage, rubbing and stains.
