PAIR OF PARIS METROPOLITAN RAILROAD CARRIAGE DOORS Wood, obverse painted red, obverse adorned with an enameled rectangular metal plate featuring the initials "CMP" for the Compagnie du Chemin de Fer Métropolitain de Paris, framed by geometric interlacing fillets on a white background and the words "Société du Verre Étiré". C. 1920. Height of one door. 194 cm; Width. 55 cm. One door has a glass insert, the other is missing. Missing screws. Formerly mounted as cabinet doors.
