PAIR OF PARIS METROPOLITAN RAILROAD CARRIAGE DOORS Wood veneered with metal leaf painted red on the obverse and gray on the reverse, glazed at the top, adorned on the obverse with an enameled rectangular metal plate featuring the initials "CMP" for the Compagnie du Chemin de Fer Métropolitain de Paris, framed by geometric interlacing fillets on a white background and the words "Société du Verre Étiré". C. 1920. Height of one door. 192 cm; Width. 62 cm. Damage to an enamelled plate. Polychrome plastic film applied to the glass.
