Large volume in-4°, fawn morocco, lily semis decorating the boards, smooth mute spine decorated with the same decoration, metal fastening hook of a consultation chain, traces of lakes, gilt edges (period binding). [X] pp (numbered to4 + è2) + 1056 + [XXIX] pp (numbered MMMmmm2 to 4, NNNnnn-SSSsss4 TTTttt2). "Editio secunda, non ignobili accessione locupletata. From the libraries of Bonaventure Le François and A[rthur] Join Lambert, with handwritten and pasted-on bookplates. Spine unstained; pages 939 to 942 lacking; marginal accident restored on the first four leaves (with small lack of text on the title); leaves è1 è2 bound at the end of the volume. A RARE WORK THAT HAS RETAINED ITS METAL BINDING.
