Naturalist treatment. Anatomical details are incised (wisp of hair on top of skull) and painted white (eyes, horns and forehead). The flared neck is painted with an Eros carrying a tray of offerings in palmettes.
Black-glazed beige clay with white and yellow paint highlights.
Greek art, Apulia, 4th c. B.C. Close to the Menzies Group.
